ROSE 'Dart's Dash' --Rosa rugosa--

One of the best double rugosa roses with large spicy-scented mauve blossoms followed by great setting of large, colorful rosehips in fall. Up to 4' tall and wide mounded habit, with dense foliage blushing orange in autumn. Rose hips make excellent jelly, sauces, tea, and can even be eaten fresh! (Avoid the seeds) Traditional medicinal use and great antioxidant. A branch full of hips is also fantastic in a flower arrangement.
